Very knowledgable Doctor, gives you the needed time. Deserves 5 stars. Listens to your complaints and answers your questions thoroughly.

Dr. Robert Rivera is a great great doctor. I have been with him for many years and have no complaints. He sometimes is always booked because he has a lot of patients but that's understandable. I noticed there are some new staff members and they are very nice and professional! Dr. Robert Rivera should win doctor of the year!!

I absolutely love Dr Rivera. I have had so many doctors in my life and Dr Rivera is my favorite. He really cares about his patients needs. I personally have not had any issues with his staff and his nurse. All the time I have been going there they have been nice and always smiling. The bad thing is Dr Rivera must be a popular doctor because he is always booked so if you need to see him right away it's nearly impossible especially if you are sick. They do have a nurse that comes in on fridays if you need immediate care but sometimes she as well. I wish they had anothet doctor there just in case there are patients with immediate care. Another bad thing is appointment time for instance if your appointment is scheduled for 9:15am I guarantee you wont see him until around 10am but it's understandable because he takes time with each patient. All in all I highly recommend Dr Rivera he's great

I have been going to dr. Rivera for years he is the best doctor I have ever had and will continue to keep seeing him. I really don't have anything bad to say except that he is always booked with appointments so if your sick you won't be able to see him right away. I read the other reviews about the staff and nurses, I have not had any bad experiences with them. They are nice and friendly from what I have encountered I would highly recommend dr Rivera.

I trust DR Rivera His assistant is impossible her personality she leaves prescriptions from the pharmacies in the fax machine for days on in. No regard to the patient or their health., Treats everyone like we are below her and second class citizens. Race doesnâ??t matter she all and all just unfriendly and means. I do not recommend DR Rivera due to his God awful assistant. DR Rivera isn a nice accurate DR.

Courtesy and professionalism of office staff is so bad. Bad clinic for latin people..Here have much problems w/ the personal. No respect to patients.

no follow up phone call. poor service. inefficient staff. just wants medicare payment.

Dr Rivera is a nice guy. His staff is awful. I completely agree with a review I read earlier. The staff acts as tho they're doing you a favor by doing their job, which they have a hard time doing at all. I have to beg, fight, argue, call again and again to get simple prescriptions or authorizations called in to my pharmacy/medical group. They're lazy and incompetent...and seem to be miserable people in general. No doctor is worth seeing with a staff like this. Look elsewhere...seriously, look elsewhere.

Doctor Rivera is the up to the Point Doctor, he doesn't treat patients like a fool and withdraw the medical details thinking the patients wouldn't understand, he has patience to explain and knows what's vital what the patient should know. You can trust his opinion and expertise. His assistants however, are another story.
