Dr. Robert Samuel Roberts, MD

Doctor Roberts has been treating me since 1982 when I tore all the ligaments in my knee it was one of the persons doctors to do orthoscopic surgery and ended up reconstructing ligaments in my knee , held from 1982 until last year, excellent doctor highly recommend

My experience with Dr Roberts was horrible. His staff was very nonchalant and unprofessional. While filling out the paperwork I came across a paper that stated "in the event Your are injured or death occurs, you are unable to sue because this Dr no longer has a medical malpractice license". I should've walk out of his office then but I didn't. And at the end of the visit he said that he wanted to operate on my knee and I'll get more money for my claim if I'm injured further more. And that was my first and last visit. I Called a few days later to get my disc and his nurse gave me attitude because I wasn't going to be returning to Dr Roberts EVER. The way I was treated Was very inhumane. Please go somewhere else.

I picked Dr. Roberts, because he was the only ortho my insurance would cover for back pain. He has a very small office with (I think) only one exam room. He was very nice, professional and well dressed. He gave me three options and we decided on one. The only issue I had, was that when I asked for the new patient paperwork to be sent to me, you could barely read it - It was a copy of a copy, of a copy, etc. Totally unprofessional and showed a lack of attention to detail. This might sound trivial, but professionalism starts at the front door. I mentioned to the front desk person, that I couldn't read all the pages and they needed to redo their forms, and she said "well it works now".

His knowledge is amazing! He knew exactly what was wrong with my knees! I followed his medical advice and it worked! Thanks Dr. Roberts!

Dr. Roberts provided for the worst experience with a doctor that I have ever had. I honestly left mentally assaulted after leaving the office, to the point of tears. It was such a bad experience that I will never return. I'm not one to complain about healthcare professionals, because I know they provide such a valuable service. However, I was treated so poorly that I am compelled to let others know.

Very bad record keeping in this office if you decide to use them make sure you keep your receipts they like to double bill you

I am very frustrated and disappointed. I went to see Dr.Robert and I had to leave without meeting him. They got me waiting 1:20min until I couldn't bear more the pain on my knee...which I desperately needed to get check and decided to leave. I believe it is a lack of respect to make any patient wait for this long, especially if they are on time; there was a lady in front of me and she also complained. I had the choice to wait another 30-40 min to be seen, but just the thought of having to go trough this experience in a follow up visit made me realize I am better at finding another doctor who cares about his/her patients.

Am always treated with friendliness and respect. Dr. Roberts is "to the point" in a kindly manner. His treatments have been extremely helpful to me. His staff is top notch.

Dr. Roberts agreed to operate on my wife's hip which was badly in need of replacement after she had given up waiting to be seen for months by more widely known surgeons in Orlando. We were extremely pleased with the entire process, both the professionalism of Dr. Roberts and his immediate staff and the skill he displayed in dealing with a very difficult situation. He also visited my wife during the week she was at a rehab facility, even though her care at that facility was the responsibility of a different physician. We were so pleased with Dr. Roberts that he was used for a subsequent knee procedure that was much less invasive.
