My ex husband just had a craniotomy from this dr. He never followed up with us. My husband was in the hospital for 44 days. After surgery dr. Called my son,Very short with him and unprofessional. Said( you have been advised) My husband had a brain abscess and we were told they got it all. After 1 month of not hearing from neurology we requested a Ct scan of my husband’s brain. We were told there was infection and it was spreading.Why wasn’t my husband followed up with this dr for a month until we requested it. My husband passed away on his 44 th day in the hospital. Hope this dr sleeps at night.I have to rate him 1 star because I can’t submit this otherwise. But I give him 0 stars

Very satisfied with the whole process to date

Had extreme pain no one called backAnd I feel he did not do a good job with surgery the first time my right leg had problems ever since. Do not like that pain is not treated no one cares

he never returns your phone calles,you have to wait weeks to see him,,he did two surgerys on me ,the first one was a disaster,the second one has left me in a lot of pain,and he refuses to call me back to help me ,no one from his office ever returns my calls,i have waited 6 weeks and still no call back . I strongly do not recommend this neurosurgeon at all.

I CAN USE THE LEG I DRAGGED IN TO HIM. MY SURGERY WAS MORE COMPLEX THAN EVEN HE EXPECTED,IT TOOK HIM AND THE TEAM OVER 11 HOURS TO CORRECT THE SURPRISE THAT OCCURED DURNING MY SURGERY.MY QUILITY OF LIFE...WELL I MAKE IT AND IM HERE AND I WALK. THANK YOU DR.S. 1.1/2 LATER

Very cold no bed side manner

Excellent results from craniotomy. I highly recommend Dr. Schapiro.
