My first visit to Blue Ridge Ortho. Seemed very efficient organization. Anna, receptionist,was so nice and professional as were med techs. Dr. Smith was what I hoped to find. Wasn't so eager to do surgery. Gonna try to continue with what non invasive therapy he has suggested. See how goes after 6 weeks. Works for me

Dr. Smith provided a thorough review of my MRI so that I understood the nature of the problem with me knee and the actions necessary to correct the problem and reduce the pain

I have seen Dr. Smith for DJD and he knowledgeable and experienced. He is able to accurately diagnose my issues and provide good pain relief. He is personable and professional - a real asset to the practice.

Dr smith is OUTSTANDING! He’s a very personable professional that knows his craft. I’m a big guy that has not had many surgeries nor do I particularly like going under the knife, but Dr Smith was able to quickly and correctly diagnose my issue and get it taken care of right in the surgery center located in his practices main building. He also did not spare the truth in telling me that sooner or later I’d need another surgery to improve my quality of life in my later years which I found to be refreshing to hear instead of the old “yes this surgery will last forever and ever” he was straight with me and I appreciated that.

I have been to Dr Smith on 4 occasions. 2 times for my shoulders and 2 times for my knees. He is an amazing Dr. Takes the time to discuss the issue, recommends treatment and is always on point. He performed my knee surgery and I was back in my feet the next day. I would recommend him to everyone
