Dr. Robert C. Tomaro, MD

I was excited for my first visit, but I left disappointed. First, I did not appreciate a nurse practitioner in the room while I had my first visit. I wasn't even asked if I was okay with that-which I was not. Next, I felt as if he was judging my partner and I. Overall, I feel he is a typical arrogant doctor in New Jersey. And to top it off, he did not even go to a school in the US-instead, Mexico, out of all places. And I've met plenty of Mexican physicians and they are the most kind and humble people, nothing like what he is. Not to mention physicians who I personally worked with in the past who graduate from Yale, Harvard, or even Rutgers, and were kind and humble. But Mexico? And you want to be arrogant? I don't think so. So his arrogance is really quite comical. I am sure the majority of his great reviews are friends and family. There is not way that's possible. The nurse on the other hand was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, kind, and non judgmental. Perhaps it's because I'm… an older mom, who knows. He did mention my age twice, as if I am not aware of my own age. Either way, I would never trust my body and life to this man.

I'm facing an operation and Dr. Tomaro made me feel very much at ease!

Dr. Tomaro was my first GYN when I moved to New Jersey. He delivered my son. Wonderful and professional staff. Dr. Tomaro is always friendly and makes you feel very comfortable.

I would highly recommend Dr. Tomaro, Very attentive and thorough. In an era of managed health care I never feel rushed. From prenancies to now entering menopause, he is discussing managing my symptoms both traditionally and holistically which is a relief to me
