Dr. Robert Leonard Vollbracht, MD

I suffer from extreme “Thunder Clap” headaches that make a normal day impossible. Dr. Vollbrecht and Ashima Bahl, ARNP are my dream team. They worked with me intently and remain dedicated to my care. They changed my life in such a positive way and are truly amazing. I highly recommend them both!

I have been a patient of Dr. Vollbracht for a year and a half for chronic complex Migraine. When I first started as a patient, I thought I would have to go on disability. He has given me the ability to maintain working and keeps working with me to try to get me as pain free as possible. He talks about anything to help me through my Botox injections and makes jokes to get me to laugh. He has been my advocate with the insurance companies to help me get the treatment I need. I have recommended several friends to him, and they all say he has given them their lives back. I will continue to recommend him.

Patients are reviewing Dr. Vollbracht with no bedside manner. He doesn't need it. He knows headaches. Husband & I were patients of his. Even the wait time is okay. The man is good. Helped both of us.

I've suffered with awful headaches for years. They are GONE due to Dr. Vollbracht and his wonderful physician's assistant. You can't find a better doc for headaches!!

So after all the turmoil of the staff not being present due to a 'Pharma' representative delivered breakfast,the debacle of the follow up appointment purposely made with the wrong doctor and the billing office over charging me $134.78 (I called to rectify it and not return phone call was made. No follow up by the office) Dr. Robert L. Vollbracht, M.D. has discharged me. With this is my discharge from my vascular doctor, Dr. Eric Lopez de Ville (Brain aneurysm dr.) There are some serious issues with the management of this office.

This guy should have retired years ago. He is going through the motions, picking up his generous paychecks from your insurance company, and has an obnoxious "nurse" who will just about tackle you if you ask a simple question of her beloved boss. Prepare to sit in the waiting room for an hour just to hear him say" "Sorry 'bout that." After twelve months of useless recommendations for prescriptions ( most of which I tossed in the garbage) and a few ultra-bloody attempts at Botox injections. No kidding, I had to remove and rinse my white shirt in the ladies bathroom, and leave with only my blazer around me! I finally gave up when he looked at me, in all seriousness, after one year of being under his "care" when he said: "We really need to find a way to stop these headaches. "Gee, doc, Ya think?!!! By the way, if you have a concern about his methodology you might as well talk to your cat. He does not accept phone calls from his patients. He's much too busy for your annoying … questions or concerns regarding your treatment. They interrupt the flow of cattle through the gate...

Dr. V. is very knowledgeable about my type of pain and headache. He has adjusted my medications to help in relieving my pain. I am very happy with his staff and nurses. They are awesome.

I went to this office with one-sided h/a's. Dr. Vollbrecht came in with mike in hand to record session, sat down and asked multiple questions, No introduction, no handshake, no EYE CONTACT throughout. Classified these as "unusual" and asked that I return a few weeks later when he was having another visiting MD. I came on that date, he again came into the room with no eye contact, mike in hand, He then stated "refresh my memory, what brings you here?" It was obvious he'd not perused my chart before entering the room. When he finished, I asked about the consultant, and he said he was coming that afternoon. The receptionist on the way out stated he wanted to see me in three months! I never received a call from the staff or anyone about the results of the "conference". Needless to say, I went up to Shands and the h/a problem was resolved. I met someone else later who had the same "mike, no eye contact" experience. I would never recommend this non-caring individual to anyone.

Dr Vollbracht is a kind & caring doctor with a great "bedside manner". He has changed my life by controlling my migraines. Sometimes there is quite a wait to see him, but he is well worth the wait. His staff is warm & caring. Thank you Dr Vollbracht.
