Dr. Wai has been my OB for 28 years. Very knowledgeable, patient, and personable. Absolutely the best!

I've with him for 6 years. His bedside manner is amazing and he always takes initiatives to explain different topics and choices I have. I always feel educated when I see him.

BEWARE! He was my ob and delivered both of my children. He was very nice but insisted on inducing both children to keep a schedule. Then I went to him with a lump in my breast at 36 years old and he told me it was nothing and not to worry about it. He never sent me for any kind of test. 6 months later I was in for my yearly and mentioned the lump again... again he said it was nothing , but I insisted that we have it checked. He gave me a number to call for a mammogram. His office didn’t even send me...he gave me a number to call myself. I had amazing insurance, so I don’t know why he didn’t want to have it checked. I ended up having Stage 2 breast cancer. I had a lumpectomy, 6 chemo treatments, and 37 radiation treatments. I then went into heart failure from the chemo. I ended up having 7 surgeries in all! All he ever said to me was, “Wow, I can’t believe you have cancer. I know you wanted another baby, but that won’t happen now.” I never spoke to him again. Had he… sent me to have it checked when I found the lump, I could have avoided chemo and all that came with it. I ran into another friend during my chemo that went to him and he told her a lump in her groin was nothing. She ended up with stage 3 melanoma that had spread to her lymph nodes. I wonder how many other women suffered because of his flippant attitude toward a woman’s health!

Dr Wai has been my Ob/Gyn for over 11 years. He is absolutely wonderful! He delivered my daughter, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He’s so patient too!!

I was a patient of Dr. Wai's for 7 years and he delivered, by C-Section all 3 of my children. I have minimal scarring and all the surgeries were flawless. None of my pregnancies were high risk, but there was one kidney concern with my 2nd that he very patiently and diligently handled and followed up on. Dr. Wai's bedside manner and dedication to his patients sets him apart. With my first, he called my room at 11pm to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, despite not being on call. He's funny, personable and has a unique way of putting his patients at ease. Now that I've relocated, I have yet to find a provider that I like as much. A potential upcoming surgery has me considering traveling to Grapevine so I can have a physician that makes me comfortable and confident. Thanks, Dr. Wai for years of excellent care!

I have been going to Dr. Wai for 16 years and he is very attentive and listens to any questions you may have with recommendations in return. He and his staff make you feel very comfortable and are always friendly. I actually have anxiety just thinking about the possibility of ever having to find another Gynecologist.

Dr. Wai for sure is the best OBGYN around. My mom was one of his very first patients, where he then delivered me. Along with my mother and sister, I have been going to Dr. Wai and could not ask for a better doctor. Now that I am pregnant and it is a high risk pregnancy, he has done an amazing job at keeping me calm and reassuring me everything is right on track and he knows exactly what to say. I am so blessed to have Dr. Wai deliver my baby!

Dr. Wai delivered 4 of my children! He is the best doctor. A lot of doctors aren't always the doctors for delivery, but Dr. Wai was always there for mine. He is sincere and caring, and that means a lot.

Wonderful doctor and staff. He is very calm and polite. Prenatal care was excellent, as was labor and delivery. Would highly recommend to everyone.
