Awful!! Do not go to him. Do not go into a room with him without a whiteness! Especially with a child!

This doctor's office can apparently bill you for unsolicited advice. I asked to have the charge removed from my invoice, but I was basically told to go kick rocks. I paid the charge only to keep my payment history clean and to avoid collections, but I will not be returning to this doctor's office. Beware of ridiculous charges by them!

I started seeing Dr. Robert Wilcox a year ago. During each visit he spends most of the time typing on a laptop. I didn’t feel like he was listening to me. I decided to change to Dr. Hartman and contacted the office. She was not available on the date I was requesting but found another time online. I schedule about a week prior to the appointment date and had taken off work to travel an hour to see her. I received a call an hour prior to the appointment. It was the nurse manager stating that due to me seeing another doctor in clinic, I wasn’t allowed to change and Dr. Hartman wouldn’t approve this. Remember this is an hour prior to the appointment that was scheduled for several days. This is not acceptable and I have changed to a different doctor. As a patient, I deserve better.

I have been going to this doctor for my self and my children for many years. He really listens to a parent when you have input or suggestions. He takes TIME to listen and has a great bedside mannner. He is one of the best!

HORRIBLE. You will definitely find that using google is more helpful than Dr. Wilcox. If you don't mind waiting for 2hrs and getting generic responses with zero hospitality then make an appt.

Didnt introduce himself, very brief. Did not call in the perscription we needed as promised

I had some moles removed and this place was so fast and so nice. Dr. Wilcox was so funny and I had to stop laughing long enough for him to actually remove the moles. The scars healed beautifully (thanks to the advice of using Chapstick with sunscreen (of all things) on them from his nurse in the sun for the summer.) Worked like a charm.
