I resently had a cool sculpt procedure. too early to tell results, but I'd like to make a couple of suggestions that i feel would have made the experiece more comfortable. the table itself was very uncomfortable. no way to get a comfortable pillow in place for head. maybe a cloth block for under the legs?After the procedure, a warm cloth or towel would have helped a lot with the discomfort, as my body temp came back to normal. I had to find a towel, run it under warm water and place it on the treated area to bring some comfort and help bring the are temp back to normal, which alleviated the discomfort. This could have, I think, been offered by the staff person who did the procedure.

I cannot give Dr. Yarish enough credit for his talent and artistry. He truly cares about his patients and listened to everything I had to say. My belly button even looks better than before unlike some others you see and know it is TT belly button. I look better than I did in high school. I am 36, had a 10lb baby and a C-section so my results were way beyond what I could have even imagined. I still cannot believe this body is mine and still get choked up when I look at myself. I will forever be thankful to him, his office staff, patient coordinator, medical assistant and the OR team that took care of me before, during and after surgery. The spa package after surgery was a wonderful bonus. They laser the incision to fade the scar which wasn't bad in the first place. I used the recommended scar cream and it worked wonders. I would highly recommend Dr. Yarish to anyone looking into to having a cosmetic procedure or consult. Thank you Dr. Yarish for bringing back my confidence. … There are seriously no words to express my gratitude. I appreciate all you have done for me and continue to do for me!

I had a tummy tuck, thigh lift and arm lift done about 5months ago. The staff was great, Dr. Yarish was great, the procedure went well at first. I noticed my upper abdomen getting larger and bulging out about two months after the surgery. I kept being told it is just swollen. It has been 3months and my upper abdomen has stayed hard and bulged out. I have had chronic back pain this whole time with no relief. I have felt so sick more than ever in my life. I spoke to the Dr. and he stated he would do liposuction on my upper abdomen. The issue is the communication with him and the individuals who quote the pricing. We already paid $20,000. Dr. Yarish stated this procedure to fix my upper stomach would not cost me. The only thing we would have to cover is the anesthesiologist, which is fine. My surgery is soon, but they are still trying to get me to pay more than for the anesthesiologist.

Dr Yarish and his team have been nothing but professional, supportive and helpful. My experience has been outstanding and I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Yarish to anyone considering plastic surgery

Dr. Yarish, and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Yarish is knowledgeable about the work that he performs, and he never rushes his patients. He takes time to explain each, and every procedure in a way that is easily understood. His staff is caring, and easy to talk to. It is a pleasure to have Dr. Yarish as my Physician. I appreciate his staff, because they are so helpful, and always prompt with everything.
