The best doctor ever & the crew!!!

Great doctor! He has been seeing my almost 8yr old daughter for 4 years now and my 1.3 yrs old son since his birth. Great bedside manner, sense of humor, very personable, and friendly- truly caring and concerned. Prompt follow up, staff is very polite and accommodating. Almost no wait and fast check out, very organized practice, even though they see high volume patient base everything runs smoothly, so there is no confusion like with so many other practices! Would recommend him to anyone searching for a great pediatrician to care for the most precious thing in the world- our kids! Thank you for everything you did for Michelle and Dylan, Dr, Yu and staff, wishing you lots of health and success!

We arrived early and were seen early. The doctor spent a good amount of time with myself and my son. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and had a great personality. I would highly recommend him to others

Dr. Robert Yu was recommended to me from my Gyno Dr. Manna who delivered my baby at LIJ. Dr. Robert Yu was great, he took time to speak with me in details about my new born son. He came for follow up the third day at the hospital and again gave me enough time to ask if I had any questions or concerns. He has excellent bed side manners. I really liked this doctor and changed my oldest son pediatric doctor. Now he will see both my sons. I have not experience his clinic yet. Once I do will rate it again.

Dr. Yu is incredible! He even takes the time to speak to you when you call the office. You don't have to wait until the end of the business hours for that day; he takes your call when you call. He genuinely cares. He gives thorough explanations and has been 100% accurate for us, whereas most doctors usually guess or use process of elimination. We love this doctor!

It has been more than 4 years and I am seeing no change in wait time or the time doctor gives to the patient....Its like just 5 mins.....he is always on the go ,in rush. He always prefers follow up when child is sick which is good but he gets co-pay why not call for follow up.I am now tired as its same all the time .I guess its time to find a better doctor

So far he's a great doctor. no issues arrised.
