Dr. Robin Cisco, MD

A week ago I had "Thyroidectomy" by Dr. Robin Cisco of Stanford Hospitals. I woke up with no pain after surgery and no pain at all until today of day 7 after surgery. No complications, no infection and I am so lucky that Dr. Cisco is my surgeon. Dr. Cisco is so smart and so perfect. Thank you very much Dr. Cisco.

I made an appointment because they accepted my insurance. I wouldnt have made an appointment have if they said no. They said no, on arrival. I said they accept my insurance by phone. They said No. So I left and called back and complained. The office manager yelled and talked out of turn saying I was rude. I wasnt. I said your lady made a mistake. She denied it and hung up. I called back. I said I was honest. She was yelling and said I was harassing. I wasnt. I said I was honest. She hung up. Very rude. Dishonest. I dont recommend to anyone.

Don't be so arrogant and pushy!!!!You need to be more attentive and show true empathy to your patients needs.
