Dr. Rochelle Jean Brotsky, MD

I had to wait in her exam room for about 40 minutes, but she was friendly and thorough so the visit went okay. When I got the bill it was a different story. Compared to another doctor with the same procedure her bill was $200 more, and I questioned one of the office people about it she threatened to send my case to the collection agency if I don't pay soon. It hasn't been a week since I got the bill. Over all I like Dr. Brotsky, but I find her staff not very helpful.

We have enjoyed our visits with Dr. Brotsky! She is truly concerned and helpful with my husband's eye needs. She always has a parting joke. Great humor.

With my schedule there have been appointments I just have not been able to wait long enough to get in. The front side of the office is very frustrating. However, Dr. Brotskey is a very, very good doctor. Schedule first thing in the morning or last in the day and you will generally be ok.

Dr. Brotsky was great. However, her office staff seemed under qualified or overwhelmed. I was told I'd have pathology reports on Monday. By Wednesday, I decided to call the office and was told it was the technicians job to call me so my call was forwarded to them and I had to leave a message. Still haven't heard back. I think this is a common problem with a lot of medical offices. Perhaps they need to consider hiring more staff or paying a better wage so they get higher quality employees.
