Dr. Rodney Lane Ellis, MD

He has overseen a myriad of health problems for me for many years. I trust him. If I need a specialist he is not too egotistic to refer me.

Dr. Ellis is the only physician who ever called me as a follow-up to a recent illness. I find his manner to be professional and his medical knowledge to be very current. I have also found his staff to be professional.

Wonderful and empathetic bedside manner. Pleasantly optimistic and caring.

This doctor is a good administrator and executive not a good physician. Unless you have what he may consider a dire ailment don't go to him. I've gone to him for years infrequently as possible and have gotten increasingly bad practice. I've been over medicated or had my ailments minimized. He has shown me his arrogant attitude for the last time. I was stupid to return to him. He's well established in the area. A pompous doctor who has forgotten what it is to be a doctor. He's building a multidisciplinary office focused on fat removal. I'm sure he's good when he wants to be. When it's your turn, what number will you get from him? Go else where. It's mutual.
