Dr. Rodolfo Trejo, MD

Dr.Trejo has been my primary care physician for a lot of years. Dr.Trejo is an excellent doctor, he takes his time with his patients answering any concerns, the patient might have. he has the best bedside manner, always cheerful, patient, and comforting. Dr.Trejo is open-minded and continually furthers his career through education. Dr.Trejo is an out of the box type doctor looking at your diagnosis from all angles. I would highly recommend Dr.Trejo he is the best doctor.

I never had any issues with him. Always got treated and listened to. Also by his staff. Of course they get frustrated at times! We are all human and people can be demanding and rude! If you come with the right attitude, you will get treated right. That's always like that. I would recommend dr.Trejo to anybody. He's compassionate and funny!

Our family dr. over 15 years. He is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable and stays up on new treatments. He has a clinic that helps people w/o insurance. Afternoon walk-in hours. More doctors should learn from him. My mom comes up from Hollywood to see him.

Waited 1 1/ hours. Girls behind desk have attitude. Was seen for about 4 minutes by doctor. Misdiagnosed my strep throat for flu. Left room and was gone to get old lab results they never called me about. I think he forgot about me after waiting for some time so i just walked out. Felt much worse today, so I went to walk in medical center, tested positive for Strep throat!

Dr. Trejo is a great professional Dr. he is very compassionate, humble and friendly, but unfortunately his staff, especially the ladies who take care of the referral and prescriptions need to be professional, courtesy and friendly more proactive and stop talking Spanish with the English spoken people and make them feel uncomfortable.

Staff is incredibly rude. They would not assist with obtaining any authorizations for scans ordered by the doctor. I was told "I will get to it when I can". RUDE

GOING TO A DR IS NOT EASY FOR ME; HE MAKES IT EASY. HE TAKES HIS TIME TO LISTEN AND IS VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING

I especially like Dr. Trejo's manner - unhurried, clear, and kind.

I have waited over a week for a referral from the office. Dr. Trejo wanted me to have a brain MRI and his office never even submitted the referral to the insurance company.

The office staff do not know how to do their jobs. Don't bother trying to get any test done. They never answer your phone call and if they do they put you on hold for over 15 minutes to the point to where you just have to hang up. He needs an office staff that cares about his patients or else the poor man is going to be out of an office!!! The staff really need to learn how to do what they were hired for. Myself and my husband are looking for a new primary as I write this review!
