Dr.Moreno and his staff are some of the easiest and friendliest people to talk to, I really had a great experience with them today very professional!

I really can not say enough about Dr. Moreno. He has been incredibly kind, informative, and personable. He preformed an Ulnar nerve transposition and Orthopedic hardware removal. I had two previous surgeries on my elbow prior to this surgery. I had an unbelievable pain, numbness, and tingling in my hand and arm. I can't say my pain is all gone as I'm still in the healing process. However, all numbness and tingling is gone and my pain has reduced drastically! I will be forever grateful for him and his team of nurses, techs, and staff. Thank you all!

Does not follow through on things he says he is going to do. My daughter had surgery today, which was scheduled 5 later than he told us, and he didn't come to talk to her before the surgery or anything. Afterwards, I caught him in the hall as he was packed up leaving before he was even going to come in and explain how things went. He said he was sending pain medication to the pharmacy the nurse put in her profile since her ligament restructure was painful and it is now after 9pm, pharmacy is closed and he didn't follow through with anything. He did the same thing to her after we went to see her immediately after she was involved in a non fault car accident, said he was calling things in and didn't. There has got to be some concern for his patients and not just stacking on cases to make money. I would not recommend him to anyone that expects compassion or bedside care at all. I still don't even know what they ended up doing to my daughter since the dressing is so much different than he… said it would be!!

I recently had surgery done by Dr Moreno on my thumb. All the staff was friendly, polite and professional. The surgery was quite successful. I was prescribed pain pills but I didn't even need to take them. My pre-op appointments with the fellow and Dr Moreno were thorough and I was well informed about procedure necessary.

Waited over an hour just to see the Dr and then he spent about 30 seconds with me. It was an eaay diagnosis, but I feel no one should wait for over an hour in the room waiting for the Dr to come in. There sure was a lot of laughing and talking going on in the hall outside the door. Another patient left

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DOCTOR

I spent a long time waiting just so he could be rude about my concerns. This was a waste of time and money. I wouldn't send my dog to see this guy.

I have never had to wait so long for such bad advice! The first time I went he confirmed what i already knew was wrong- then went on to say Because something was wrong with my neck as well that he couldn't help me. He sent me home with a brace for my arm. When i told him it was causing me more issues to wear it his professional advice was to quit wearing it. This was after i paid and waited to see him for 2 hours! In addition he is cold, rude and not nice to his staff either. Thanks for NOTHING Dr. Merano!
