Wanted to talk politics during procedures...makes you feel very uncomfortabe,esp.if he d you don't agree with him.

This is the worst doctor. Staff is mean to patients and just does whatever to get them out of the office. Being a patient here is a nightmare!

He spends less than 5 minutes with you, no matter how many years you are a patient. He makes assumptions and falsely diagnoses his patients. His PAs see patients and unless you ask, you will see whoever they scheduled you for, not the person you like or that you are use to. The office staff is horrific. Fraudulent charges to patients and insurance, does not return calls, they leave patients without meds because they can’t reach the PA or a nurse that cares. If you are considering this office for your care, RUN! Save yourself tons of stress and heartache. Your medical records will become a joke after being their patient. A joke that could ruin your life! Dr Jones has no issue with writing false information in medical records or in letters to other providers. He is in it for the money only. ALL of his office managers are unkind and treat patients like crap. I’ve never seen so much fraud and lies in one office! His staff use to tell me they weren’t comfortable with what is going on in the… office and some were looking for jobs because they couldn’t handle it at all. Someone needs to regulate this place and save his patients!

This is the worst doctor and staff I have ever been to. They’re condescending, rude, fraudulent, smug, and also discriminate against younger patients. They want to do expensive procedures that will benefit them more than the patient. You see the doc for less than 5 minutes and then a PA takes over from there. Just hope you don’t get one that writes false things in your chart and forgets to give you your most important meds to the point you have to call and beg after being left without for weeks. Save your time and heartache, find another doctor

I'm looking for a second opinion and I am definitely very happy with my current doctor. I was told on an RSD page Dr.Jones was one they knew of. Great old reviews, new reviews not great. This visit obviously won't be covered by insurance so I am looking for second best in town. Looks like this office needs a staff boost and some bed side manners with the work you do. My doctor spends as much time as needed with me and so does the RN with checking out and following up and walks me to the exit. At least now I understand the wait time.

I have to find a new doctor. The wait time is long, they ignore your symptoms and scoot you out after treating you like a burden. I need a real doctor to handle my care.

This is the absolute worst doctor I have ever seen! He is judgemental, wrongfully diagnoses his patients, and pushes treatments that are often unhelpful. Only PAs see patients and they have too many patients so you dont get long with a staff member. They aren't patient and ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECORDS for incorrect information, false diagnoses and statements! It happens often there. His staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They treat patients badly, patients are treated like addicts by some, and they charge false charges which is fraud. Its almost impossible to get a call back and if you need your preventatives or meds sent in, forget it. You will go without them for several days likely mulitple times. Some of their employees take pharmaceuticals rep medication samples instead of leaving them for the patients which is who they are meant for so patients in need can go without treatments if they cant afford them. Dr Jones will black ball and make false allegations about his patients… if him or his staff are stood up to. Avoid this office at all cost!!! Find a better doctor. You will not get the testing or care you need. They are only about money. Be careful of expensive treatments or surgeries that may not be right for you. Never allow something invasive without proper testing and information. I was offered surgery for something I didnt have. Again, this is truly the worst doctor and staff I've ever dealt with!

Since seeing DR Jones and Lindsey PA . She is the best. She listens, They are the best.

Dr. Jones and Abby Thornton are the two most caring and professional people I have ever dealt with in the health care field.the entire staff are great people who treat you with dignity and respect.
