Dr Trimba was the best I could have hoped for. His treatment was prompt and efficient. He was a great health advocate within the entire treatment team

I am so happy with Dr. Trimba. He explained everything in detail and helped me understand why I was having the pain that I have. He explained my x-rays very thoroughly and spent a lot of time just getting to know my concerns. Would definitely recommend him.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience because I left this appointment feeling unheard, dismissed, and no closer to understanding what has been causing my symptoms. From the beginning, I felt like the appointment was focused on getting through the visit rather than understanding the full picture. One of my primary concerns was visible swelling and firm lumps around my upper cervical spine. I pulled my hair up and pointed directly to the areas I was referring to so they would be easy to identify. Despite this, the doctor never palpated the area or examined it closely. He simply glanced in the general direction and continued the conversation. Instead, he had me perform several physical maneuvers to check for numbness and tingling. While I understand those tests are a standard part of a cervical spine exam, I repeatedly explained that my symptoms are not triggered by specific movements. My symptoms occur after prolonged sitting or when my neck… becomes fatigued, so it was frustrating that the areas I was actually concerned about were never physically examined. I also tried to provide important medical history that I felt was relevant. I recently lost 55 pounds and had updated blood work completed because of that weight loss. One abnormal finding was a low CO2 level, which I mentioned during the appointment. Rather than discussing those results, the doctor began referencing laboratory work from over a year and a half ago. When I asked what he was looking at, he confirmed it was older lab work that was likely from when I was pregnant or had just delivered my twins. I explained that those results were outdated and that I had much more recent testing. As I started pulling up the new results on my phone, he interrupted me, stated that he couldn’t access those labs through his system, and redirected the conversation toward ending the appointment. I wasn’t expecting him to interpret outside lab work on the spot, but I did expect him to at least allow me to show the results I was trying to discuss since I specifically brought them up. I also asked whether my known scoliosis and lumbar disc issues could be contributing to compensatory strain on my cervical spine. Rather than discussing the possibility, he appeared annoyed and responded, “I thought this was about your neck.” That comment was particularly discouraging because I wasn’t asking him to treat my lower back. I was simply asking whether those existing conditions could be related to what I was experiencing in my neck. It felt like a reasonable question that deserved an explanation instead of being dismissed. Throughout the visit, I had the impression that a treatment plan had already been decided before I had the opportunity to fully explain everything. There were several times I attempted to add context or provide additional information, but the conversation was repeatedly redirected. It never felt like there was genuine curiosity about why I was experiencing these symptoms or whether there might be something that didn’t fit a straightforward cervical spine diagnosis. At the end of the appointment, the doctor told me he would return with my paperwork. He never came back. Instead, another staff member entered the room with the paperwork and prescriptions. While that alone may seem minor, it reinforced the feeling that the appointment was being wrapped up as quickly as possible rather than ensuring my questions had been answered. I understand that not every symptom has an immediate explanation and that every appointment cannot provide definitive answers. I also recognize that physicians have busy schedules. However, what I expect from any healthcare provider is to feel listened to, examined thoroughly, and given an opportunity to share my concerns without feeling rushed or interrupted. I've been seeing Dr. Trimba for 5yrs now and I can't say enough good things about him and his team. They all make you feel comfortable and important. They listen to you and go over everything that is happening to you. You get to see your X-rays and he goes over them so that you are knowledgeable enough to be in the decision on whether you need surgery or not. You know if you have to have surgery, you can count on Dr. Trimba taking into account all other options before he does surgery. He likes surgery to be the last option. I trust this man with everything I have in me. If you want a doctor that actually cares consult Dr. Trimba.

After months of back pain and steroid pills, physical therapy 2 steroid injections I saw Dr Trimba who recommended back surgery. Dr Trimba performed back surgery and I have no in back pain. Excellent results.

While my wait time was nearly 45 minutes, the wait was worth it! Dr Trimba operated on my neck and I was so pleased with the results that there was no-one else I would trust to work with my lower spine. On this visit, Dr. Trimba reassured, as much as you can presurgery, my fears, took time to answer my questions and his office staff was helpful with updating my files. I highly recommend his skill.

Dr. Trimba is sent from God. He helped me in so many ways. He is going to be doing surgery on me soon to get me out of this awful pain. He has help with my insurance making sure they will pay before I have anything done, so I don't have to pay out of pocket. His staff answered all my questions and was very patient with me even when I called back to ask more. I have 3 friends that have went to him and they love him.
