This doctor watched my father die and never recommended or informed us of things we could do to slow down the Parkinson’s diagnosis.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dugger since 1987 and am very thankful for his care. He has continually tried to solve my long term problems, watching for new treatments while trying old ones hoping for a magic bullet regardless of its' severity. I appreciate him as a physician and a friend as I worked with him occasionally as a nurse before becoming ill. There is not a topic that comes up that he is not well versed in showing his thirst for knowledge-an important trait in a doctor.

Who can say they actually enjoyed having needles poked into their body? I actually ENJOYED my visit with Dr. Dugger. He is such a personable, funny, NICE man that he made what could have been an uncomfortable procedure very easy. He joked with me and kept me laughing. However, don't get me wrong. This Dr. is totally competent and knows what he is doing. I don't believe I have ever felt such trust and that I was in good hands as I do with Dr. Dugger. He spent a LOT of time with me and he listens, really listens. He is simply the best.

I love Dr Dugger he is very educated both books and bedside; don't know what I would do without him, he is heaven sent...I believe that being a doctor is his calling..

If your criteria for a great doctor is a sympathetic hand holder, or a gregarious jokester, Dr. Dugger is not for you. If you want an experienced, informed, highly competent, and thoroughly pleasant physician, he is your man.

It takes at least 6 weeks to get a follow up appointment. He is very curt with his patients. I would not recommend this doctor.

Dr. Ronald Dugger goes the extra mile for his patients. He is quite knowledgeable in his field and takes courses on the newest findings. His bedside manner is excellent; a true comfort to the patients and their families. I would recommend this board certified neurologist to all!
