Dr. Ronald Jc Fejeran, DO

Dr. Fejeran treated me for about three years. I was satisfied with his treatment for the most part, but he didn’t seem to have a very nice bedside manner, and did not always follow through on things. He treats a lot of people who live a good ways from the city and have to deal with the trials and tribulations of country living but has little to no empathy for them and the situations that might arise. I was being treated for several things and when presented with a new problem he referred to someone else who was farther away and when they left the practice they were with without notice or referring me to someone else and he was told he acted like he had dealt with me all ready and wanted nothing else to do with it. Towards the end of my treatment by him he was so mean to me that several times I left the office in tears. What finally was the straw that broke the camels back though was when he or his office refused to call back when called about an appointment and then when I came in told… me I had missed an appointment and when I showed them an appointment card with the date I came on said it was wrong and treated me with anger and disrespect. I will admit to being an emotional person, but his treatment was uncalled for and unacceptable. It makes me wonder if he practices in a small town where people don’t have many choices purposely.
