Dr. Ronald P Giometti, MD

This place should be ashamed of themselves. My wife had a sinus infection called telladocs got antibiotics and it went away. Well it came back. My wife pays $115 to get told to take antihistamine, keeps cough syrup and a nasal spray. No antibiotics or steroids! We will never go back to this place and you shouldn’t either

I love Dr. Giometti and the medical professionals he has helping him but the office people... very rude and condescending. I've been with him for years but ever since I've been on Medicare it seems they have been trying to run me off. I even got a phone call at first that rudely just told me that I was no longer his client and when I returned the call, I was told to find another doctor. Today I got a text message from the pharmacy that said that the office had denied my medication and to call the doctor's office. The problem here is that I have plenty of medication and the pharmacy has somehow gotten off track BUT I call anyway as they suggested. I spoke to 3 people of which the last 2 was intent on trying to make me the confused one. The nurse actually came to the phone saying "I understand you are confused...". WTH. This seems to be the theme to Medicare patients it seems. I am hard-pressed to think that it's Dr. Giometti's way of doing business... not the great guy I knew… before I turned 66! I hate to even give him the 2 stars because he deserves much more but enough already. Not all people over a certain age is "confused".

Love his office staff and workers.

I've been on a med for 10 yrs., they want me to come in every 6 mos. for med check...5 min.."how you doing" me-"good" and they give me my script...I'm sorry but they is so exploitive. Also, wait time is easily 30 min or more. They are also obsessed with taking your weight every time you step in their office. UTI..get on the scale, cold...get on the scale, med check...get on the scale. I always refuse and the nurse gets so put out by this!!

I arrived on time and it’s been over 30 minutes and I still haven’t been seen. The office staff is laughing loud and having fun but doesn’t seem to be focused on patience. Probably my last visit. Completely dissatisfied.

Dr. Giometti is an awesome family practice physician in whom I have total confidence. The low rating is for member of his staff who lacks a sense of customer relations and had the bedside manner over the phone of an entitled juvenile. Rather than attempt to solve a problem created by the office, her combative, defensive approach was not conducive to any form of support or remedy.

I was in for a regular 6-month blood pressure check-up and had gotten my appointment time wrong. I was supposed to be in 30 minutes earlier to see Dr. Giometti but because of my mistake, I got to see his PAC, Athena Todd instead, whom I had met before during her training. She remembered me and it was good to see her. My blood pressure was finally on the right track. I was well treated by a somewhat new staff at least me and some old familiars. Everyone was very pleasant and I got a Hi-5 for my blood pressure numbers. Although I was the one who was late, I was taken care of and was in and out... and happy! The staff was representative of Dr. Giometti, who is the greatest.

Dr Gimlet to is very intelligent, however he has changed to a business man more concerned with copay and allowable insurance expenses. His staff is less than helpful and sometimes rude. It is sad to see sucha talerted doctor become more concerned with the business side of his profession rather than the concern for his patients.
