Dr. Ronald Jacob Kaler

GREAT PERSONALTY, HE PUTS HIS PATIENT AT EASE AND GIVES AN EXCELLENT ANALYSIS OF THE PROCEDURE AND THE RECOVERY PERIOD. I HAVE SEEN DR. COOPER AND HE IS REALLY GOOD, BUT DR. KALER IN MY OPINION IS BY FAR THE BEST DOCTOR.

Kaler repaired my left rotator cuff in (I believe) 2013. He did a good job and I have not had problems with it. I give him credit for that. However, I think he's a jerk. When I I went to his office for a scheduled follow-up appointment a few weeks after surgery, which happened to be shortly before Christmas, the waiting room waswas pretty much empty and I was the only patient there. I sat in an examination room for about 45 minutes while hearing the office Christmas party going on down the hall. I got fed up and walked down the hall, stuck my head into the party room and reminded him that he had a patient waiting. He came in a few minutes later, red in the face, and let's just say he behaved like a jerk. Can't stand the guy. In my humble opinion, no matter what, you do for a living you're got to be a person first. Let's just say he's a failure on that score.

If you need anything done with a shoulder in the nwa region dr kaler is second to none. Unequivocally the best. Can't comment about other ortho procedures

I had the privilege of using Dr. Kaler for my shoulder replacement a few years back. Because of the excellent care he and his staff gave me my shoulder is great. He walked me through every stage of the healing process before the surgery both good and bad. He may have the label of a surgeon but avoiding surgery is his first priority. I would use him again no reservation.

My experience with this doctor has been most disappointing. Not only is he lacking in decent bedside manner, the illusion that he might care is not even attempted. If i had a choice i would not even take my dog to him. He set my broken wrist and has seen me once in his office for at the most 3 minutes. I pray to find a different doctor soon.
