Dr. Ronald Mark Kristensen, MD

It's been one year since my knee surgery. I have popping in my knee like it catches every step I take and has a crunchy noise on the sides. It feels like my tendens are all twisted up, the right side of my knee is still semi numb. One good thing is I'm not in pain anymore. Nice guy and staff. But I would not recommend Dr. Kristensen for a knee surgery. Not happy and have to live with it the rest of my life..........

Poor hand washing, I never saw him wash his hands. I developed a MRSA infection, he was not forthcoming with this information. He did not treat the infection. There was no infectious disease consult. I was left with a huge infected area, which has resulted in neurological damage.

Dr. Kristensen repaired a compound fracture of my right ankle and lower right leg. At the time I was hoping just to be able to keep my lower leg and foot. This accident occurred about 20 years ago and I was a candidate for amputation. Dr. Kristensen put the shattered bones back together and I was up and walking on it in less than a year with no noticeable limp. 20 years later, I do have a bit of arthritis but I am still thankful I have full use of my leg.

Great , caring doctor who took time to answer all my questions and did a fantastic job on my hip replacement. He took time before surgery to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns, took time to meet with my husband after surgery and saw me in the hospital everyday I was there. He and his staff made this a successful operation for me. Thanks Dr. K!

Ensured all my questions were answered. Took his time. Made my life so much better as my pain was eliminated after surgery. Good follow up and office was supportive. Excellent results. Recommend.

Dr Ron Kristensen is a excellent Doctor in every way,,bedside manner to ..professional care,,I would return to him..as well as my companion Jim..we Love this Doc,, he gave us new knees ,,freedom to do what we love to do in our golden yrs,,,His staff is friendly,and Ben is a asset to Dr kristensen's office,our follow ups were not rushed and everyone was courteous,,we can not say enough good things about Dr Kristensen,,Thank you Doctor Kristensen and Ben and Staff!!

Dr. did not do an MRI prior to surgery, said not necessary. Following knee surgery, was told the swelling I was experiencing was "normal". Did not see me for my 6 week check-up,rather I was told to call. Office never returned my calls. Had me on one crutch for a few months. Continued to limp and have pain for 2 years until I was able to have the surgery done correctly by another surgeon!!!!

6 weeks ago I had my right knee replaced by Dr. Kristensen and today I am walking without a cane. My pain level is low and I feel good. The service from he and his staff has been outstanding. They answered any questions I had with rapid reply. His office is setup to meet your needs and your medical concerns. I would not hesitate to return to Dr Kristensen for more orthopedic assistance.
