Avoid this Doctor. His demeaner is arrogant and very unprofessional.

After many years visiting with my Dad and spending countless hours waiting for service..I quit coming. Then to find out one of the front desk person found a way to his pocket book! Very disturbing.

I am a Doctor of Dental Surgery and have a title of Dr. in front of my name or DDS in the rear of my name. I feel like I earned some respect when I won that title 50 years ago. Dr. Ronnie Kuffel treated me with a complete lack of respect and had I been 20 years younger I would have entertained punching him in the nose. His waiting room was packed at my appointed time. After 30 minutes or so I questioned the front desk about where I stood in line for the appointment. I was told there was one ahead of me so two rooms would have to open up before I would be called. Well, two then more and then more were called and I finally asked why. The girl seemed embarrassed and said she did not know why. Finally I went in around 4:30 and waited another 30 minutes. Finally Dr. Kuffel appeared. The eye surgery that he had performed had totally failed. I was totally blind in that eye. After spending another 30 minutes explaining how glaucoma can blind the optic nerve in a very short period of time;… he admitted that nothing that he had done had worked. I can take the failure part but when it it coupled with a smart mouth and almost childish behavior I think everyone should be alerted about him.

Office and staff are disorganized.

This was the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. His bedside manner is cruel and inaccurate. He spent more time berating me for the doctors that referred me to him, than helping me. He was rude and even made fun of my education. He then gave me a referral to a neurologist, saying I had to leave immediately to see them, because I have multiple sclerosis and that this doctor was waiting to see me. I got to the neurologist and they knew nothing about me and said they would call back. Since then I have seen other doctors, all who have stated I do not have multiple sclerosis. By far the worst doctor I have ever met, period.

Every appointment we've had has been 6 or more hours yes HOURS of waiting. It's Friday night, appointment was at 3, I was on time. It's now 7:37 and I'm still waiting! This is the last time I ever come here!

Doctor held a highly unprofessional conversation with me about his extreme political views, insutling me when I didnt agree with him.

I have been here for almost 3 1/2 hours before he saw me. And this is not the first time. Finding a other retina doctor .

Very inconsiderate about patients' time. Expect 2 1/2 to 3 hours wait. If you comment about it, he is very arrogant. He is the one causing the over scheduling.

Lousy office. My father had retina surgery, we spent an hour on average waiting to get in, every single time. The office is usually packed with patients waiting. He also saw my son at birth and for follow-up for a retina detachment at birth. I truly love the man, I just hate going to his office. But most of the specialists in my area are as bad.
