Dr. Ronald Dean Lippmann, DO

Once upon a time, Dr Lippmann was a reasonably good physician. Then something happened mid-2015 & he & his office shuttered. All patient records, including employee physicals & drug tests, are locked away somewhere. I am unable to gather 10 years worth of medical history because no one can find the man. 3rd party billers who performed testing & labs for Lippmann (on behalf of several businesses in town) are now billing employees for things their employers ordered because they don't know who else to bill. I've never seen anything like this & I am beyond angry.

Without a doubt the worse doctor and staff I have ever seen and visited. He was my primary care doctor for over a year. No one answers phone, returns voicemails, responds to refill requests, follows up on lab work, etc. Had to revisit the office to follow up on a referral. Lippman said to me he did not have time to listen to my complaints. Closed his office and left all his patients without care.

The front/desk staff is very rude to patients in the office and on the telephone. If they are that unhappy, they should find jobs elsewhere. This happens often. Other than that, love the rest of the staff and doctor

Wonderful Doctor...Great Nurse....not so great front desk personnel. Still the best office in Panama City.

Three hour wait 5 different so called drs in 10 months have to return second time dr not allowed to sign prescription . front office staff uneducated and made costly billing mistakes.

Dr. Lippmann guided me the best health since my youth. He spent time explaining a completely new way to lose the weight I have carried since I was a teenager. Losing weight had always been impossible but now I weigh what is best. Thank you!

It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or you are a walk in be prepared to wait at least 45 mins and they try to over sell medications and get you to pay for more things just for money. There is one doctor that prescripts medicine and he conveniently likes to take off months at a time and have to go in be see and then go back once he comes in to write the script. Good luck

Not really operated like a family practice, simply a walk in clinic, you see whoever is there that day. Staff seems to change frequently and you never know what the "rules" are at each visit.I think Dr. Lippman is a good doctor, but his office is not run well, which is a reflection on him since he owns it.

Dr. Lippmann took the time and listened to me. He was the only doctor I have been to in a long time that really takes his time wit patients.

I found Dr Lippmann by mistake, after more experiences than Id like to think about Dr. Lippmann was a breath of fresh air. He is endlessly patient and dedicated to his patients. What he might not be clear on he researches so he can provided the best care. Dr. Lippmanns staff are constantly smiling and professional.What a treasure Panama City has in this fine doctor.A.C.P.
