Dr. Ronald Frank Maceyko, MD

Terrible experiences with this doctor. His write-up stated he spent over 30 minutes with me when in fact it was 15 and within that time, he spoke to me in such a condescending way. No true help was given and he denied the symptoms I was experiencing was correlated with the meds he in fact prescribed me. I have read a multitude of medical journals that state it is a REAL and STUDIED possibility of suffering these side effects I was having. I will never go back to this man for any dermatological issue.

Absolute and total neglect for his patients. Would rather see patients suffer than actually provide treatment. Worst doctor I've ever seen and has made my life 100 times more miserable. My skin is in worse condition after seeing him than it was before. Wish it was possible to give him zero stars because that is what he deserves. DO NOT go to see him because he will be nothing but rude and will provide you with no treatment, ultimately leaving you in extreme pain and discomfort

Very thorough, polite and careful to ensure procedures do not cause discomfort.

Very bright physician. He diagnosed and treated my problem and I had sought a diagnosis for years.

The only criticism I can offer is that Dr. Maceyko is very busy, so sometimes scheduling appointments can be a pain, and you might be waiting a while in the office. However, the fact that he is busy is likely testament to the fact that he is very good at what he does. He has a kind, gentle demeanor, is attentive to patient concerns, and is very knowledgeable about his field. I've been seeing him for several years now on account of acne, and he went through all of the potential treatment options with me and their pros/cons, and today I'm very happy with the level of control I received. If you can deal with the periodic scheduling difficulties, he's an excellent dermatologist.

After waiting months to get an appointment, I sat in the waiting room for nearly an hour without being seen. The waiting room was packed! Very few patients were being called back. Even if 2 doctors were seeing patients this day, it was clear that this office double and triple books appointments. I ended up leaving without being seen. My time is more valuable than this. There were 3 or more women working the very small front desk but still couldn't seem to manage the schedule.

Dr. Maceyko is brilliant! He is also very caring and has a great personality. You can tell that he really cares about his patients. He is very easy to talk too and he listens to your concerns and answers all of your questions. You do have to wait sometimes in the office for your appointment, however he is often very busy, because he is such a good Dr., he has many patients to tend too ( he is worth the wait). I would recommend Dr. Maceyko too any one who has skin problems, because he will help you!
