He ignored my descriptions of pain after his placement of a crown, kept filing my other teeth saying the crown was "perfect" even after I asked him not to do so. He could not explain why he thought it was all due to my bite, could not come up with any other possibility even when I asked him his differential diagnosis (standard teaching practice and he teaches dentistry) He did not show any compassion for my pain and practically looked amused at my discomfort. He is rude to the other staff which makes me really uncomfortable.

First of all, consumers always need to read negative reports FIRST, as it's VERY easy to get positive reports. (We all know how THAT'S done!) Dr. Ron Perry incorrectly placed a crown, allowing bacteria to enter and form a cavity inside. I came back 3 times, complaining of pain; Perry could never figure out why, said it might be because I "was grinding my teeth," sold me MOUTH WASH to alleviate the pain. Went to two other dentists -- one was from Harvard -- both who found the problem within 5 min. Perry refused to refund or even reach out to me. The owner of the group, Dr. Kiladjian, has been told what happened and repeatedly refused to refund the costs, either. This means, of course, that any dentist in this practice doesn't have to (and probably won't) reimburse for bad work. Doctors who fleece their patients - wow - who knew? (Added note: Perry insisted, within 4 months of each other, I needed TWO crowns, claimed there were "cracks" -- something that doesn't show up on X-rays. He… didn't even want to wait for new insurance to kick in. Of course after this, I am HIGHLY suspicious I may have been fleeced here, too, charged for a second crown --or even the first one? -- I didn't need.)
