This office staff is very slow takes days to get things completed The front office girl is really unprofessional , Dr Thurston is very quite but is very nice and will give you the time you need if the front office girl gets the messages to him that is . It may take a week for a simple answer because calls are not returned. As always if you don't like your job get out of the business front office staff ! Your hurting the business Thank you Dr. Thurston for your kindness

This man has to have been one of the worst doctors that I have ever seen. No emotion, no feeling. Like talking to a wall. A waste of my money.

Well Alex, His secretary says hes out of the country, I need my meds filled! Ive been trying for 2 days to get help, Im going to have to go to the hospital to go thru withdrawl!! Never have I experienced such rudeness from a secretary, and the Dr. is very unprofessional! Please be careful people, Find another DR.!!!!!!

He's booked 2 months solid. Based on the unprofessional loss of my appt w/no apologies or a solution, i opted to not chose this dr. First impression of you and your office is always your front office staff.
