I’ve been suffering with psoriatic arthritis for several years. Finally, Dr. Yglesias has come up with the right medication & dosage needed to alleviate a lot of my pain. I’m not 100% cured, nor will I ever be; but he has given me hope. He’s got terrific bedside manners, caring & very professional.

I agree with the other review. These are great doctors. I think Dr. Yglesias is kind, compassionate, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable. However, communication is terrible. There's a portal for communication, but no one reads it. Doctors ask you to make an appointment if you have a question about your medication. So, while the doctors are, in my opinion, wonderful....they need to improve communications with their patients. If you want great care, you're in the right place. Just know this is one area that is lacking and needs to improve.

Tragically poor communication from the office staff and doctor. Lucia and the office administrator, Rick, specifically. Phone calls are not returned, medication administered haphazardly, RUDE staff. Unfortunately, they cause patients to suffer due to their incompetence. Perhaps they need a not so gentle reminder that they are working in the medical profession, with patients in pain. Dr. Yglesias, himself, was lovely. The single star reflects his ability to reign in his administrative staff and my overall experience.
