I have seen Dr. Wiles for about 15 years now. I have been with that practice since 1978! I am a transplant patient and can't be any more pleased with his medical care for me. On several occasions, I have had infections which he addressed IMMEDIATELY! He was right on top of things. He has also helped me get my cholesterol and triglycerides under control! He does not take any chances with my health in that most any infection could cause my transplant to reject. I have had my transplant for over 33 years with NO rejection episodes! He takes time to answer my questions and he has always listened to my thoughts regarding my treatment plan. He involves me in the decisions affecting my case which is important to patients. I truly feel my medical treatment is a team effort The Creighton Road office is beautiful and comfortable for patients. Their processing of patients is quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this doctor!

I am so dissappoonted that I wasted over two years with this doctor. I didn't realize just how poor the care I received was until I went to another nephrologist. Now I'm angry at the overpriced and under delivered care I received. Apparently He doesn't run the correct blood test that should be done and he seems irritated when I need explanation of his test results. He's very soft spoken and kind but not caring, there is a huge difference! I also got tired of continually having my appts rescheduled. One staff member commented to me that he is "finicky" and sometimes just doesn't want to come in. If you're the kind of person who needs their doctor to atleast act like he cares for you and your treatment LOOK ELSEWHERE.
