Dr. Morrell is the best. She is so thorough and knowledgable. She took so much time with me to explain EVERYTHING about radiation. I left her office feeling so much better.

Dr. Morrell took so much time with me when I met her for my initial visit. She was so thorough and went over everything with me during that visit. I left her office feeling so much better about radiation therapy for my cancer.

It's been seven years and her dishonesty still makes me wonder how she remains practicing medicine. During first consult, she stated that she did not even know if i would need radiation until she read the pathology report from the surgery. That seemed quite reasonable to me. Then when asked about the many risks and side effects she retorted with telling me "just a little redness" when in fact there are many side effects documented in peer reviewed journals. Cut to one week before surgery, i get a call about coming in for mapping. What happened to waiting for the pathology report? The calls keep coming and I get the feeling this is about keeping a customer and not about what is the best treatment for a patient.. I wait til i'm recovered to meet with my surgeon who gives me all the info i need to make the call to Dr Morrell's office and I let them know I will not be needing her services. Dr Morrell's office starts calling & calling and finally I speak to the doctor herself… and she gives me the hard pitch about reducing my risk of recurrence by 50%. Well putting it like that with no other reference is impressive BUT when your cancer surgeon tells you that due to your margins, tumor size after chemo and all other factors that your risk of recurrence is 4%, the risks and side effects one must endure to drop from 4% to 2% is just not worth it. I'm shocked that she is now at Beverly Hills Cancer Center, where my oncologist is who I adore. I guess it was harder to get customers in a standalone radiation facility and easier to get the business in a full service practice that has it all. Not saying she hasn't helped some people but this is just my own experience with her as a dishonest doctor who withholds vital information. I was compelled to write this review after reading an article about a new development that helps block the negative effects of radiation therapy for cancer patients...hmmm...and she said there WERE no side effects.

Dr. Rosalyn Morrell and her team are the most professional medical ensemble that I know. This is truly a group of complementary professionals that strive to provide each patient with an exemplary experience.

The combination of the staffâ??s skill, professionalism, support, and sincere compassion are the standard to which every medical center should aspire. The Center gives new meaning to the definition of â??medical care.â??

This place is awesome! The staff was always caring and helpful. The Dr. was one of the best I have ever had. I was in and out quickly, during each of my treatments and always felt comfortable. Thank you for all your hard work!
