Dr Lange is the best ever pediatrician. She was the doctor to my five children at Physicians of children's Bachman Lake years ago. When she left the practice I had a hard time finding her by the time I did locate her my children were all grown and if she wasn't in Richardson my children's children would be under her care. She's caring she listens she just awesome......

I have taken my two sons to see Dr. Lange for about 8 years now. She has always been attentive with us. She does not push unnecessary medications, and she often will recommend common-sense or home-doable advice before prescribing medications. I've had instances in which I needed her to check out my boys sooner than expected, and she takes her time with us and makes sure she gets answers she needs before making any confirmed diagnosis. The few times she has needed to refer my sons to anyone, they've been very good referrals, so she is surrounded by good colleagues.

We really love Dr. Lange. Our family has been coming to her for 10 years and she never misses a beat. Sure the wait may be long at times and maybe the staff could be having a difficult day, but Dr. Lange is always caring and very attentive! WE Love HER :)

The office is rude to even call into. Won't accept new patients over the age of 10. I have 2 children 9 & just turned 11. Office didn't care, was referred by a current patient family, didn't care. Have found most current patients use urgent care clinics for most needs unless have time to wait for routine check-ups. After seeing most of the reviews, I question the Doctor, why is she not seeing how bad her staff is and fixing the issue?

Dr. Lange is an excellent doctor but her staff is terrible. Its not so much the nurses but the rude girl at the window, and the male. They sit back there and use terrible language while speaking spanish like nobody can understand them. The wait times are terrible, the staff is horrible, but the doc is fabulous.

The wait is horrible. Office staff is not very nice, however the nurses are. Dr.Lange is a great doctor unfortunately her wait time is ridiculous. I also have a feeling my son was getting sick from being in the waiting room so long. In two weeks he caught strep and hand, foot, and mouth disease after a 2yr check up.

Dr. Lange is great. When my children are ill she always takes the time to diagnose the symptoms and shows great care and concern for them.
