Dr. Thuy Huong Roselyne Vutien, MD

Is very dismissive about patients' time. I had an appointment at 3:30 PM. First time with Kaiser so I didn't know I had to check in at a random desk downstairs. I had been sitting in the lobby. I checked in at 3:40 PM. I did not see Dr. Vutien until 4:40. When I asked when the doctor would be coming, the nurse honestly just blamed me and said you were late. I get that. I can understand that. But waiting over an hour for a doctor because I was 10 minutes late just to "check-in. "I'm sorry, but I believe that is very unreasonable. Why have an appointment time at all.

I was transfered to Dr. Vutiens care when my PCP had to do a teaching rotation. Dr. Vutien is a caring individual who takes all the time you need and doesn't make you feel rushed. She endevors to address all your issues and discusses all the problems you wish to talk about. One of her best qualities is her sense of humor. It gives you the feeling she is a regular person that wanted to be a Doctor to help you, and that she's not just in it for the money.
