Dr. Roshan Thadani Melvani, MD

Dr Melvani has done both knee replacements on my dad, he’s a great surgeon and dr! He takes time to answer questions and goes above and beyond checking on patients post surgery. His office is always busy but that takes nothing away from Dr. Melvani. I would highly recommend this orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. Melvani is a very good doctor, however, he has the worst staff in the HD. I am sitting on hold right now, going on over 10 minutes. Someone just answered the phone, put me on hold without waying a word. The phone has started ringing twice then went right back on hold. Horrible office staff. Someone just answered and said 'Dr. Melvani's office, hold'. I waited until a total of 18 minutes then hung up. I will go to the office tomorrow to tell him in person why he just lost two patients.

My primary referred me to Dr. Melvani for knee replacement surgery. I gave all of my insurance information to his flunky on the phone three weeks ago, no call back. Glad he isn't the only ortho in the High Desert. Spend some money and hire a competent staff.
