The epitome of 5 stars. I just went to an appointment yesterday and was reminded again how fortunate I am to be a patient of the brilliant and compassionate Dr. Hauser, a legend in his own time. (Yes Caring Medical is open! And the love, healing, and hope are flowing!) Dr. Hauser has a wide breadth of medical knowledge and specific testing to pinpoint root issues that I had not encountered in all my years of going to specialists to seek relief. He deeply cares about people, and wants his patients to get well and thrive. I am so grateful for the stability Dr. Hauser, Dr. Hutcheson, and Danielle are bringing to my body, and for the compassionate and truly excellent care of Dr. Hauser and all the staff. Thank you Caring Medical. You have been and are such a blessing to me.

I have had Prolotherapy on multiple joints from my C1 down my whole spine, thumb, knees, ankle, jaw, elbow, and more I cannot even remember at this point. It has kept me active and able to hike. It is not an easy treatment to get through necessarily, it requires some dedication on the patient's part to get better. I realize this is the case with any treatment. There is no magic cure in medicine with these chronic pain issues that someone with hypermobility faces. But I would rather endure some shots than live on pain medications or be on disability or have to go through multiple other surgeries. I already had one that started my downward spiral of pain. Prolotherapy with Dr. Hauser and his PA, Danielle, helped stop that. For those who are willing to do the work on their part to rehab their joints and do what you can to eat healthy and all that, this is an awesome option. definitely worth checking out!

While I was under Dr. Hauser’s care, getting prolotherapy and PRP injections, I noticed that I started having more serious nausea as time went on. I eventually saw a specialist that diagnosed me with MCAS. The specialist told me that surgery and stress events often raise the baseline level of MCAS, and while the baseline level might lower after the event has passed, it typically won’t recede all the way down to the original baseline level. I’m very suspicious that my injection treatments raised my baseline level of MCAS (especially because Dr. Hauser uses a very painful injection technique that other prolotherapists don’t use). Furthermore, since you need mast cells to heal tissue injuries, having a higher baseline level of MCAS typically means that your tissues and wounds will heal slower. It’s my theory that the treatments were initially healing my tissues, but making me a poor tissue healer in the long run. Unfortunately, MCAS is a fairly newly recognized syndrome, and we don’t know… a lot about it. Some people theorize that perhaps if you take medicine to stabilize your mast cells while doing PRP treatments that you’re less likely to raise your baseline level. I don’t know if that’s true or not, but if I was ever to do PRP again, I’d go to a different doctor (one that uses ultrasound), and I’d be on medicine for MCAS before getting those injections done.

I've had surgery to undo the damage he cause. Injecting sclerosing solution into a joint caused the structures to glue together. Injecting sugar water is almost as dangerous, people get infections form that nonsense. I would inject sclerosing solution into his eyes given the chance.

I really don't know where these negative reviews come from. I promise anyone who reads this that I am a real patient of Dr Hauser. I was one of his harder cases with severe cervical instability. My atlas when I first started would slide 5mm+ under digital motion x-ray. After 8 treatments, it was down to 2mm of movement. His office staff is amazing!! Anything I needed, from filling out sick leave papers to dealing with my insurance company...they went above and beyond. Dr Hauser is special and has a unique sense of humor. I probably would have had less treatments if I had PRP treatment (which really does work) but this was the route of treatment I had. He uses guidance with his injections, from ultra sound to fluroscopy. I know because I had it done so I'm not sure how some of these reviews say the doctor doesn't use them??!!

Last Nov I went to Dr. Hauser for a torn ligament in my arm and 2 pinched nerves in neck, he took so much time with me explaining things and gave me incredible care, I had prolotherapy and prp. It took 3 treatments to be completely well. I avoided surgery, which is a miracle. His staff, nurses and secretaries are wonderful and caring, they call you to see how you are doing. I strongly recommend caring Medical and Dr Hauser.

If you value your health and money, do not see this man. He performs prolotherapy in the Stone Age. No guided imaging. Terrible diagnostician. Causes grossly excessive inflammation that can ( and in my case did) lead to disabling injury. He underrated my most problematic areas and decimated me otherwise. After finally finding another doctor with light years advanced solutions and techniques, I went from the acute disability this man put me in to never better. Thankfully. He is all about lower his costs and keeping you around for carpet bombing and over treatment. Not just my opinion. When I told other doctors what was done to me...not mentioning who did it. They said...Let me guess..."It was Hauser." Yup - sure was!

My family has known Dr. Hauser and received treatment for a variety of pain problems from sports or just over doing it over the years. Also treated by his PA. Excellent physician who fills a huge need in pain medicine. If more people saw Dr. Hauser, fewer of those people would need narcotic pain meds. Treatments that he does help people get off medication. So pharma surely isn't a big fan.
