Dr. Roussel Clement, MD

This is my second time to report this office. I received a very Rude letter from Dr. Clements Himself! Telling me I had 30 days from the date on that letter to find a new doctor. He brought up my other review mentioning His name and other Staff names were mentioned. Isn’t a Review for other people looking forward a good doctor and a “Friendly Staff”?!?!? If your not taking care of “Your” practice and you are “Unaware” of the Devious things Your Receptionist is Doing TO YOUR PATIENTS, or You Just Don’t Care, you Need to have a Bad Review!!! I would not Advise Anyone to go this Office!!! He doesn’t care what his receptionist does!!!! She played games with me, leaves me smartass comments on my voicemail “That I Saved”! Caused me to have to go All weekend Without my medicine because she told me to be at the office by 3:00 on a Friday to get my written prescriptions,,, they CLOSE at 2:00 on Fridays! So when I got there, No one Was There!!! Caused me to go Without my medicine all… weekend!!! I’ve called before to Talk to Dr. Clements, “She” said He not here! I said you can have him call me, she said I can’t give you his number, which I Never Asked For His Number!!!! She didn’t Want me to talk to him!!!! And I never did! I did everything I possibly could,To Avoid Having Any Contact with this Receptionist! I even Started Using Urgent Care Facilities to AVOID HER!!!! I Never got to explain to Dr. Clements the level of disrespect, incompetence, rudeness of this girl who ignored me while she’s on a Personal Phone Call and I’m Standing there Waiting for Her to Acknowledge Me!!! She Never Did!!! Another lady in the office asked me if I needed something and I said yes, “Im here to pickup my written prescriptions”. She, Shuray Heard Every word, Still Never hung up the phone, never Acknowledged me, but was able to stay turned away from me and open the drawer and Stuck the prescriptions up in the window, I grabbed them and left!!! It Doesn’t Get Any Worse Than That! What is the “Job” of a Receptionist?!?! Because SHE is Not One!!!! I did talk to the Counselor there, I was Very Upset about these games this girl has Continued to play with me and I told her this girl Needs to be Fired!!! I’m sick, I have heart problems and every time I had to Deal with her, she made going there UNBEARABLE!!!! So, what does Dr. Clements do?!?!? He sent ME A Letter, Shaming me for the Other review I posted several years ago About Her then Tells ME I Need To Find Another Doctor!!!! Actually he did me a favor! NO ONE, Should EVER have to Endure this kind of Treatment from Anyone!!! Even if your working at a fast food establishment!!! But THIS IS A DOCTORS OFFICE!!!!! Where people Are Sick!!! Need Help!!!! Not some rude, devious Receptionist who does Everything in HER power to make your life miserable!!!! I would get anxiety if I even had to call that office!!!! Shame on YOU, Dr. Clements!!!!! I hope you get what you deserve!!!

This office just keeps getting worse and worse. Dr. Clements is never there. Charay, the receptionist she needs to be fired! I showed up 2 weeks ago too pick up my 3 prescriptions, she’s having a “Personal” conversation on the office phone and doesn’t even look up! I’m Certain she heard someone come in but she didn’t even look towards the window. I stood there for about 5 minutes listening to her conversation and her laughing and just acted like she was totally unaware that I was standing there! It took me holding my keys up and dropping them on the clipboard to get someone’s attention, and I did, Another lady not Charay, she went on with her conversation! The other lady asked if she could help me and I said yes, I’m here to pick up my prescriptions. Charay without turning around or hanging up the phone reached in a drawer, took out the prescriptions and without acknowledging me at all or looking at me handed them to me, and continued her conversation. It’s Really hard to believe a… lot of the other reviews I’ve read because they are just totally the opposite from reality! Sharan Is Rude, there’s no hi how are you or can I help you or anything and Totally Ignores the Fact a Patient Just Walked up to the window island Us waiting for her “Acknowledgement”!!!! Why is she Even there??? After getting my prescription to go to my pharmacy, get my medicine and went home only to find that my Ambien prescription Was wrong! Dr. Clements from day 1 prescribed me 1, 12.5 mg to take at bedtime. About 6 months ago CVS started giving me 2, 6.25 tablets equaling 12.5 mg. I was told there was Ambien shortage in the 12.5 mg. When I opened my bag of medication I realize that Desere had written my prescription for 1 6.25 mg to be taken at bedtime. I don’t know if she didn’t read my chart or if she just took it upon herself to change it to 6.25 instead of the 12.59mg! Regardless she has caused me a world of problems! When I called her about it That day, she was abrupt and defensive and wanted to argue with me. She Questioned me Why was I getting 2 of the 6.25mg Ambien when they Make a 12.5mg, this Was CVSs doings Not mine, but I assumed it was because of the shortage in the 12.5 mg tablets. She Acted like I had something to do with it, which We all know the Patient has Nothing to do with it! You can’t change a prescription Yourself!!! When I called CVS about the problem they said because of the prescription she gave me there was Nothing they could do about it! And Even if she wrote me another prescription for the remainder of the pills (I Should Have Gotten) They could Not Fill It!!! It would require Dr. Clements to write another prescription for the 12.5 mg HE ORIGINALLY PRESCRIBED!!! So She Has Caused me a World of Trouble!!! I even call my Insurance company to check on that Before I even called Clements office! So now, I don’t know what going to happen. Desere told me the day I got them to go ahead a take my 2 pills and she would write a new prescription for the 12.5mg. CVS and my insurance has already said they would have to Review the Request! Meaning I may have to go until next month to get my Correct dosage! Also meaning I have 1/2 a month Without my sleeping medication! Today when I called the office Sharay answered the phone, I said I Needed to take to Dr. Clements, she said he’s not here and I said well I know you can call him and she said with a laugh, “I Can’t Give You His Personal Phone Number”!!! I said, I didn’t Ask for His phone number, he can call me and she said I can’t call Dr. Clements! I told her You are going to cause me to find another doctor Today and She said I Threatened Her!!!! This girls delusional!!! I said I didn’t threaten you and she said “Well, I took it as a Threat!!! Jesus, What is wrong with this girl!?!? No Supervision in that office, and I guess Sharay doesn’t feel like she has to Answer to ANYONE!!! As well as Desere!!! As soon as I can find another doctor because have Dr. Clements Now, Is pretty much the same As Having No Doctor, I’m gone!!! I’m sick of my Pharmacy telling me no one’s responding to their Request to refills my prescriptions! I’m sick of Sharay and her smart mouth and attitude and complete lack of Doing her job and to top it off now, I Never See Dr. Clements!!! This is Undoubtedly the Worst Doctors Office I’ve ever been too!!!

The reception was outstanding from the front desk up to meeting with Dr. Clement. As always my worries and complaints were taking care of. I have been going to Dr. Clement for the past 8 years and always get a warm welcome.

You have to leave a voicemail no matter what to get in contact, takes 1 to 2 weeks to get an answer if you are lucky. You have to call and harass just to get medicine refilled, it's been a nightmare trying to get surgical clearance. They don't know what they are doing, can't wait to change to a real dr. Office,

My experience was very pleasant and the staff was warm and welcome. I felt like I had Dr. Clement full attention and he answered all my questions. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and I can say now that I found my doctor.

This doctor is a great doctor...They are all great; however, do not ever try to call around 2 because phone either always hangs up on you or it say they are out to lunch and will be back at 2pm. when the time reads 3pm that your calling. This has happened to me everytime I have called so far. Makes hard to get a hold of the doctor or to get info about your test.

The staff was courteous and all my questions and worries were addressed by Dr. Clement. I will recommend him to any member of my family, and he speak Spanish too; which come handy when dealing " con la Raza".

I left my phone in the office exam room and when I went back looking for it. It was in the blond nurses pocket...She acted like she hadn't seem any phone....I waited almost 2 hours to be seen. The staff and the Dr there is rude!!
