I was very happy with Dr. Stoici my first 2 visits. But the secretary there ruined it for me on my 3rd attempt for a visit. I had made an appointment for refills on my inhaler. I was curious if there was any way I could just have my prescription refilled with out a visit. So I asked her if that was possible. Her response was " I'm not sure I'd have to ask the Dr" I responded " I was just curious if it's something I can do." She responded" I don't know, your the one that made the appointment, you should have called yesterday to cancel so someone else could have your spot." I couldn't believe her response. I never said I wasn't going to go to my appointment, I was just curios if it was something I could do. But with the way she responded, I politely told her she needs to learn how to talk to people in a more friendly and professional manner and that I would no longer be going to that Establishment due to her inability to know how to talk to people. I loved Dr Stoici, but the secretary… there is ridiculous. I have a friend of mine who I recommended to go there and she also complained of the same thing. It's so unfortunate that someone like that ruins the reputation of a business due to their ignorance. You'll like Dr. Stoici, but if things don't go as planned, or the secretary has to go out of her way for any reason, be prepared from some serious attitude.
