The customer service from Dr. Gascoigne and her staff was next to none. I was greeted immediately with a smile and they went out their way to make me feel comfortable. I did a root canal and it was totally pain free. I have done a root canal before from another dentist and believe me that experience was horrible. I didn't think I could say a root canal was a pleasure. Dr. Gascoigne and her assistant was constantly checking on my comfort. I will not hesitate to recommend her to my family, friends and acquaintances. Check her out, you will leave smiling with the outcome. She is good.

I remember entering the office feeling a little nervous, but within minutes after being there I felt less nervous.the staff was very warm and friendly and very professional, felt like I was in for a spa treatment and not dental work. My memorable moments is how Doctor Gascoigne reassure me that I will be fine and all my fears was gone. I enjoy listening to the beautiful music while she attended to me.

The most memorable part of the root canal procedure was how much they went out of their way to make the experience easy. She provided music for the procedure and I got to go through it practically painlessly while listening to Coldplay. :)
