Dr. Roy Harper Jackson, MD

I have seen Dr Jackson for 30 years, he has been out family doctor for. 3 generations. Dr, Jackson is very meticulous and conceded about his patients well being, as well as his prognosis or diagnosis. He provided excellent referral physicians dedicated to your health issues. His staff works well together and with the patient to accommodate your needs. When he retired, I don't know what I and my family will do because our expectations of a family physician are extremely high. Dr, Jackson is a straight forward kind of M.D. but very easy to talk to. I hope this helps anyone find a Good Doctor.

After 3 visits, have never seen Dr Jackson at all. Receptionist gave a prescription for antibiotics without any kind of exam. Though coughing up blood for 3 weeks, still unable to see the Doctor until scheduled appointment next week. Receptionist has been very rude.

They don't call with test results for blood work. They don't respond to voicemails. You have to call about 16 times in a row to get through to a live person.

Dr. is a great doctor. Haven't seem him though in about 5 to 6 years. Get a physical every year since 1993. His associates don't seem to have the patience to listen to the problems of why I there. Don't follow-up on an abnormal blood test result to find out the cause of it. Months later, I believe I'm having a reaction to that abnormal test result that the associate never followed up on. He said "It was a little abnormal". Dr. Jackson, I we're not gonna get the quality you once provided, then change the name. I bet everyone would go elsewhere.
