I just wanted to thank you for all you've done for me. your the greatest doctor ever. I'm probably one of your oldest patients lol. BRIDGET??

My child has not had surgery yet, but I was spoken to in a tone by Enza (billing office) that was very unprofessional. The office staff never follow thru with anything they say they will send to you. I will update more after the surgery. I hope Dr. Nuzzo sees these reviews of his staff.

Dr. Nuzzo not only thinks outside the box - he doesn't even see the box. He will do what needs to be done in the way that is best for the patient - not necessarily the way that "has always been done". He is amazing!

The insurance company should have been re-billed for ALL charges that were not submitted on the original bill.My daughter will be having surgery tomorrow. I'll report more after the surgery. As far as staff, they need to realize they are dealing with CHILDREN. Act that way! Be kind, respectful, cheery...don't always be so hurried!

Dr. Nuzzo is NOT available for his patients. During our initial visit we saw the doctor for about 5 minutes and he seemed in a hurry. We went ahead with the operation, and saw the doctor for about 3 seconds after..he basically said "everything is good" We were handed a photocopied packet of prescriptions and directions and they plopped my daughter with 2 knee immoblizers into the car for a 10 hour drive home, assuring us people did this all time. I made several calls to the doctor after we returned and he never returned any of them. We were always referred to Rob, who while was very helpful, did not have the medical expertise to answer our questions. This went on for several months and NEVER did we receive a call back from the great Dr. Nuzzo. The DRAMATIC difference we were promised did not materialize. IF this was not bad enough, having my daughter go through this pain and discomfort for nothing, we received a 35,000$ bill after we were assured that his charge after insurance… was 1500$. We have been trying to work out a payment because apparently some charges were not submitted. Is dr. nuzzo a talented doctor? I do not know, this did not prove the case with our daughter. Is he caring? Definitely not. Does not give a care except for the money apparently. We have received medical care for our daughter at Kennedy Krieger in Baltimore, SHriners in Philadelphia and UVA in Richmond, va. In all of these facilities we received caring professional help for her and have always been awed by the time and compassion spent on our girl. THis was the complete opposite of medical care from the time with the doctor to the messed up accounting. Please consider this when you are looking for quality care for your precious child.

Dr. Nuzzo is awesome! He took all the time we needed before and after my daughter's surgery. He answered all of our questions, no matter how small. And of all the things we've done for our daughter, his procedure helped the most. I would recommend him to anyone!
