Dr. Briggs is very rare, he takes the time to explain the cause of your ailment and the treatment options available and possible outcomes. He is very kind and has a passion for what he does and is honest. They have 3 offices just in case you need to be seen promptly and they don’t have something open at your normal office you can always try another location he will be at!

He is such an amazing doctor . He spends Alots of time with his patients and explaining everything. All the employee are amazing and nurse when I was in hospital. One lady she works for him she was amazing.

Dr.Briggs is definitely a dedicated physician. Awesome. Very knowledgealble in his field of practice. He takes the time to explain things even though he might have a waiting room full of patients. You don't feel like you're being rushed out the door.

He knew exactly what he was doing. Took care of liquid behind my ear. He provided me clear and informed options. Overall way better than the other ENT I visited in Round Rock.

Staff was very efficient - processed my new patient paperwork quickly -- in and out with good attention from Dr. Briggs -- and great responsiveness and accessibility of nursing staff for follow up questions by phone. Great operation.

I was referred to Dr. Briggs by an Urgent Care physician to assist with an urgent ENT need. Dr. Briggs was thorough and persistent until he isolated the cause of my issue. His office then worked with another provider to schedule next-day surgery. Everyone from the Medical Assistant to the Surgery Scheduler was friendly and efficient, and I felt very comfortable with Dr. Briggs' level of expertise.

I was told my son needed to be put to sleep for his frenulum to be clipped under his tongue. This procedure would cost me $1300 which included: the visit, facility, anesthesia, procedure. Being that I work for a dentist. I called a child dentist to get their opinion. They clipped it same day, with no anesthesia, numbing, and such. $100 and they didn't even charge me the office visit... At a very reputable child dentist. So please research carefully. YOU WILL BE OVERCHARGED FOR NOTHING. I am sure pediatricians are in cohoots with specialist. So make sure you shop around. I am sure he is very good, but I would have been paying out the nose just for the Specialist Name.....

Dr Briggs has been my ont for about three years and he has also treated my son. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about him and his staff. Dr briggs is gentle,infomative,and never too busy to explain the needed info. When he did surgery on me I had no discomfort at all !

The receptionist isn't so friendly, but the rest of the staff is awesome!
