the first visit appears thorough and friendly and gets you hooked. from there on out it is all about money and the ease of your case. if your the slightest bit of trouble he will drop you as a patient

Dr. Handy has a very good bedside manner and spends time with each patient.

Dr. Handy was my doctor for 21 years. He delivered my baby girl C-section he's amazing, when my menstral cycle stopped & I wasn't pregnant or menopausal he found out I had a prolactin tumor on my pituitary gland when other doctors said they didn't diagnose anything wrong & I needed to see a psychiatrist. Dr. Handy is an amazing doctor.

I will never go here again . I was treated terrible. I came on a follow up on some test . I got there and was told I had to wait 2 hours . I just went up and asked the receptionist can somebody give me the results because I had to pick up my son. So the next thing I'm asked to come back . I get in his office and he was mad and told me my results so rude and nasty. They had the nerve to bill me for an office visit which it wasn't . I was in there 5 minutes and never explained anything .

Dr. Handy has delivered all 3 of my babies! I wouldn't go to anyone else. He always concerns himself with whatever I am concerned with. The ladies that work in his office at St. Mary's are all polite and personable . Thanks de. Handy for a job well done!!

After my OBGYN retired he reffered me to Dr Handy. I have been with him for the last 18 years. I have had a few medical issues and he takes care of them with out a worrie.I have recommended him to several of my friens and they are very happy with him

I was referred to Dr. Handy during my first pregnancy by a friend. I was not happy with my OBGYN so I gave Dr. Handy a visit. Best decision ever! I had some pretty serious complications with my first pregnancy and was hospitalized for a couple of months and Dr. Handy made a visit to my room every day to check on me. Since then he has brought my second child into this world and continues to be a very thoughtful, ear bending doctor. His staff is amazing and always takes the time to listen to any issues you may want to discuss. I would highly recommend Dr. Handy for your OBGYN. I only wish he could be my PCP as well as my OBGYN!

I've been a patient of Dr. Handy's for about 19 years. He delivered both of my children by C-section, and I had absolutely no problems. I fully trust his judgement and feel that he is compassionate and a patient advocate. His nurses and office staff have never failed to be friendly, calming, and professional. He considers the "overall" health of the woman and has offered advice in areas that my PCP overlooked. The fact that his nurses and office staff remained with him for many years and still have smiling faces speaks volumes. Thanks Dr. Handy and nurse Pam for all of the care over the years.

I just recently started going to Dr. Handy because my sister referred me to him. Since I have been going Dr, Handy and his office staff has been very polite and professional. My sister reccomends Dr. Handy to all her friends and so will I.

I have been a patient of Dr. Handy's for about twenty years and he has always been an excellent doctor for me. When I first met him, he was able to diagnose an issue I had when other doctors had been blaming this, that or another. While I have had to wait at times for my appt, with a doctor in this field, that is just the name of the game, babies do not wait for the best time for the doctor, they come when they are ready to come and he never put me off when I needed him so I do not mind waiting for him when others need him. I have and will continue to recommend him to others.
