Dr. Russell Charles Maulitz, MD

He is such a WONDERFUL Doctor. From his bedside manner to really listening to you and he really cares.

Doctors set the tone of leadership I think. And staff seems ill equipped to handle much more than collecting co-pays and making appointments. I've had repeated issues with follow up - it took a month to get my doctor to call me about an issue only he could handle and he was misinformed about that as well; communications with patient are terrible.

Dr. Maulitz is a likeable physician who interacts well with me as a patient. But is not good with follow up, which I think, sets the tone for the performance of office staff which is lax in taking the initiative in patient services. Justg seem like cashiers at times.

I wish they still took my insurance, Maulitz is a good down to earth doctor who diagnosed me with an unexpected issue and was generally pretty easy to work with.
