If I could give zero stars, I would have. Horrible experience with this surgeon.

I appreciate so much the fact that Dr. Smith took the time to listen to me and helped me to solve my 12 year Parotid gland problem.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time as directed and was taken into the room and visited with the nurse promptly. After that I waited a full hour and a half for Dr. Smith to come see me. I heard him outside the room talking with others frequently so he was there, just way behind. When I finally was discussing my problems he really didn't have the answers and didn't go out of his way to find them. I didn't have any confidence and found another doctor that I am now happy with. I had cancer and needed someone that had some experience with my situation.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr Smith and their entire office!

Out of the 3 doctors involved in my surgery, Dr. Smith was by for the most approachable, and interested in my questions and concerns. During the 3 follow up appointments I saw different sides to Dr. Smith. Sometimes, he was empathetic and addressed my concerns. Other times he was dismissive and nonchalant. It appeared to depend on the level to which he was busy. Overall, my experience was good. He did appear genuinely concerned that I healed fully & well from my surgery.

We have had nothing but praises for Dr. Russell. My husband came in with cancer on his vocal chord. Trying time, but have always been treated with kindness and concern...which is so important when going through this time of stress. WONDERFUL!!!
