MY DAUGHTER CALL IN FOR APPOINTMENT WAS TOLD DOCTOR WAS ON VACATION. WE WAITED SOME WEEKS. I CALLED TO MAKE APPOINTMENT FOR MY DAUGHTER. RECEPTION THAT ANSWER ASKED FOR HER IMFORMATION WHICH I GAVE. THAN SHE ASKED FOR MY DAUGHTER INSURANCE ID. I TOLD HER WOULD HAVE DAUGHTER CALL BACK WITH THE ID. WHEN SHE CALL THE PERSON THAT ANSWER TOLD MY DAUGHTER SHE HAD TO CALL THURSDAY FIRST COME GETS THE APPOINTMENT. SHE CALLED AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE BOOK. IT UPSET ME BECAUSE SHE CALLED TO GIVE HER ID AFTER RECEPTION HAD TALK TO ME. WE WERE TREATED WITH NO RESPECT. THEIR PAGE SAYS THEY TAKE NEW PATIENTS. BE CAREFUL WITH THAT. WE AREADY GOT A NEW DOCTOR.

Dr. Karuna is a horrible doctor and person. My mom was diagnosed in ER @ QOTV hospital with gallbladder attack. So surgeon recommended Blood work and EKG. While my mom was there Dr. Karuna saw her and said" What is she doing here. She doesn't have an appointment" . The nurse said no my mom was there for EKG. Dr. Karuna said "I will sign order and view EKG, but I am not seeing her". This was all heard by my mother who was in pain. My mom has been a patient of Dr. Karuna for many years, before that my father was a patient. Well my mother has had enough. She will be looking for a new Primary Doctor. Nobody deserves to put up with that.

Very professional but is caring and kind. Always does a great job. Calls and asks how I am doing. Overall a great doctor.

Dr. Karanu is a very compassioned doctor ,she takes the time to listen to any concerns you may have. She takes the time to explain what your concern maybe concerning your health.

Dr. Ruth Karunananthan is very professional. Does not rush me and is a good listener.I feel very comfortable with her. All my questions are answered in total. She is very thorough and keeps on top of all my ailments.

Since I have been my doctor my health condition is improved greatly. In addition of medicine prescription hear wise and sincere advice has contributed huge impact in my life. Dr. Ruth's approach is like a family member. I really recommend her patients who has problem with their doctors to take Dr. Ruth for their benefit.

Dr. Karunais professional but caring. She has even called at home to see how thngs are going. Both my husband and I go to her.As to getting an appointment, if needed she will get us in, otherwise, it takes about 1 month to get an appointment. Waiting... that is out of her control, people are mostly late, and that pushes everybody back.

This doctor is horrible. She always makes me feel that I am taking up her time and wasting it. She is always in a hurry. She never addresses any of my questions or concerns.
