Dr Mazo was energetic, answered all my questions and explained my procedure in laymen’s terms. A pleasant person.

Very personable, no long wait. Gave plenty of time to talk and ask questions. I felt very comfortable with her as my new Urologist.

Dr. Miles is a great physician. Informative, knowledgeable and skillful at the procedures she performs. Dr. Miles listens to the patient and answers questions in the most efficient way which helps to calm any fears the patient may have. Dr. Miles is simply the best!

I absolutely love Dr. Miles. She diagnosed me with kidney cancer a little over a year ago. She scheduled me for a nephrectomy and within 2 months I was in and out of the hospital cancer-free. She followed up promptly and when I had concerns she put me at ease. My only problem is that sometimes the receptionist is snippy and doesn't get my messages to the doctor in a timely fashion. But as long as I avoid talking to that certain receptionist my messages get through and I get a call back with answers. I now have to see Dr. Miles once a year for a scan and I am satisfied with my answers when I leave. I highly recommend her to anyone with urological problems.

Reminded me of the way I like to go to church - get In, get saved, get out. Dr. Miles was great - she came in, was friendly and all business, did the check up, told me what I needed to know for the future, and sent me on my way. It doesn't get any better than that!!!

Dr. Miles has an incredible bedside manner. She addresses patients' concerns and fears. She really listens. She really cares. She's a lovely human being first, and a doctor second.
