Rushes patients and does not fully listen and take in what a patient is saying. Conversation was all over the place and she denied me multiple times of getting regular tests done. Then proceeded to have me see other specialty doctors instead of doing her job as a PCM.

Dr. Nawab is wondering! She explained my situation clearly and took extra mileages to assist me with my situation. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Nawab greets you with the warmest smile. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. But what is most important is that she genuinely cares and is very responsive. When I had a medical issue that required immediate attention, she responded to my request within an hour and I got a virtual appt. the next business day. I choose to use an Internist as my Primary Care Physician. Dr. Nawab is by far the BEST Primary Care Physician that I have ever had!!!

I’ve been so impressed with the care and responsiveness of Dr. Nawab and her staff. They’ve gone above and beyond in every instance. I love have a portal to shoot over a note and I’ve never waited more than a couple hours before Dr. Nawab responds awhich is always followed up from one of her staff. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

The staff, especially the nurse, are very unfriendly. They either do not answer the phone calls or keep patients on hold. It is not easy to make an urgent appointment. They try to refer patients to the nurse practitioner.
