Dr Safwat Morcos Awad

I just had to laugh at the comment made by the previous review. It is not Dr. Awad's fault if he has many Hispanic patients who do not speak English. As his secretary is bilingual, a majority of the time, she is away from her desk and is translating for the patients. His secretary is very polite and helpful though. I don't mind waiting for her, because she always helps me out after she is done translating for the patients. Dr. Awad is an excellent surgeon, I have sent my parents to him and both of my parents have had surgery done by Dr. Awad and both have recovered wonderfully. Dr. Awad is very compassionate and patient, if you need surgery, he will be at your side throughout your hospital stay from admission to discharge. If you need to have a urologist, I recommend Dr. Awad wholeheartedly. I will never let another urologist operated on me or my family as long as Dr. Awad is available. God Bless Dr. Awad, I will be forever grateful to him for the wonderful care and excellent… surgical work he did for my parents. Dr. Awad is one of the best doctors that I have ever had. I consider myself very lucky to have Dr. Awad treating my family. If you should ever need to see an urologist, please go to Dr. Awad, he will give you the very best care. Dr. Awad will always be my doctor.

Dr's secretary is always 'away' from her desk. This is about 10th time in two days I am calling her to make appointment. When she was rarely available, she was never understanding what we said (English, American). Dr. needs to have more secretaries.
