This practice is too big and cannot manage basic administrative duties to provide a decent patient experience. INO one ever answers the phone. It's a game of back and forth for days. I mentioned this to the front desk staff and she said they were aware and they now send calls to a call center. Then as I wait for 45 minutes, I observe the two women at the desk doing very little. Two appts with doctor Garud I waited over 45 minutes and 1:15 mins after appt time to see him. I finally address that my time is as valuable as his and he laughs it off and says "oh you're the guy with is in a hurry!" Then we arrive for my colonoscopy and we wait TWO HOURS after my appt time before I am wheeled back. I tell the nurse that making patients wait two hours is uncool and he says "yeah, Dr Garud really overbooked himself today!" Last, they require your driver to not leave the building during the procedure but the waiting room is far too small. And cold and sterile. Terrible experience!

Dr. Garud is very warm very patient and he listens to what you have to say. He is very educated on his responses to what is going on with you and he answers every question ,so I never felt left on a hinge ,he also creates a secure environment. Excellent Doctor truly

Dr. Is gentle and kind, well educated. Problem if you need answers back quickly. I am allergic to meds and had issue getting answers because of delay in office staff receiving messages and being able to contact dr. Then contact me back. Also, staff seems burned out, overworked, and tired. Just to check fax to see if reports had arrived from another dr. Was an issue. Getting in touch with dr. While in hospital was a series of call one day wait a day for a VM reply call back leave VM wait day for reply. This system does not work when you are reacting to medicine, in pain, need answers. So, great dr. If you can get to him and don't mind waiting, and waiting, and oh, look, vm...... Oh, they did not answer all my questions guess I'll leave another vm and try to get answers from urgent care and the pharmacist.
