Dr. Saghar Navid, MD

She is in and out of the room quickly. She appears to always be in a rush to do something else except give you her full attention. Doesn't have a very gentle demeanor with patients that have anxieties(lacks empathy) and is quick to send you elsewhere(another doctor) then to see you herself. Wouldn't recommend to someone who needs a doctor with interpersonalskills. This doctor also doesn't help with work restrictions or limitations. She is more of a see you once a year for your physical only doctor and, if you want it done quickly with the least amount of interactions, if that's what you are looking to have.

I moved out of state. One of my biggest desires is to find a doctor as good and caring as Dr Navid. Her office staff is excellent. You are treated with kindness, and compassion and a desire to help. I would highly recommend her.

I can tell you that the bad reviews mentioned her previous office in Loganville. Not the Grayson Office.

everyone is very nice, very helpful and understanding. easy to get appointment when you need one. My daughter loves her so much that my husband also decided to have her as his primary care doctor too.

Excellent doctor. My children absolutely love her. Very nice and easy to talk to.

Dr. Navid was very courteous and she carefully listened to me while I described my illness. She diagnosed my symptom promptly and with very little medications I was feeling better.

I liked Dr.Navid and think she is a gooddoctor, but think she needs to get out of the office she is in. They have veryrude front office help and I was told I could not have another appointment because I had cancelled 3 appointments, that I could only be a walk in. I have never heard of this from any other doctors office.

The overall impression this dr gave me was that she was more concerned with money than patient care. Staff openly discussed personal information out in the hallway, I was in a room with the door shut and heard everything. If I could hear my information being discussed so could other patients. Staff and physician were trying to pressure me into signing a document that at the time I felt uncomfortable signing. I tried expressing my concerns with the dr and staff and was told well, I was doing this out of courtesy since I thought you would be a returning patient. This went on with staff leaving room, dr comming in commenting over 5 times as I sat and waited. I have never been this poorley treated as a patient. Not to mention when my blood pressure was taken it was a lot lower than normal. When I asked the answer was, "I heard it plan as day!" Normally my bp is 140's. Not at all satisfied with the care. Keep looking if you are looking for a new doctor.
