Very rude front office, ignore you and talk amongst themselves, and need to book appointment to get refills on your prescriptions. This is a CHURNH MILL to milk your health provider.

Margaret the PA talked to me and listened and gave me good care. There is a fairly new office manager and she is very nice and helpful. The group is nice and caring.

This office is a total nightmare. New office staff every month, rude RUDE front desk person. Screw up medication refills regularly, often with wrong medication. Want you to schedule every month for "office visits" for routine medication ie high blood pressure meds etc. to milk your insurance. Wait time is LONG and only nurse practioner to see you. Dr. never there anymore. Just not a quality practice, remember that YOU are paying for service. OH and office equipment is old

Front desk receptionist was very rude. Doctor wasn't friendly. NP was nice. Why have new patients fill out health-info forms when you never address the health issues? This is not the place for people wanting quality health care.

The incompetence of the staff at the locations are not only frustrating, but also life threatening if your health issues are severe. They schedule multiple unnecessary follow up appointments and completely ignore the issue at hand and focus primarily on generating a higher bill and not the health of their patients. I strongly recommend finding a different doctor as it could cost you your life

I have been a patient of Dr Syed for a few years. She is a great Dr along with her NP and PA. Her office staff has changed and is very rude. The new person in pink scrubs is the worst. She is lying to patients to get more money for office. FRAUD not only me but 5 others of my friends going there. I will not be going back. To bad because the dr is great and caring.

They purposely make you wait 60 + minutes pass your appointment time to let you know who's in charge. Childish, and not impressed
